The site is bordered to the south by US-58 and to the north by the Norfolk Southern railway. No more than 65 miles to 4 different Port of Virginia terminals, less than 35 miles to I-95, and easily accessible by rail means the site is intermodally advantageous, allowing you to ship your supply easily by rail, road, or port.

what does that mean?
In Virginia, the Virginia Economic Development Partnership (VEDP) manages the Virginia Business Ready Sites Program (VBRSP). The VBRSP serves to rate site on a scale from 1 to 5, 1 being raw land and 5 being shovel-ready sites with permits in place.
Camp Parkway Commerce Center is currently certified as a VBRSP Tier 5 site, meaning that it is certified as “shovel ready”.
