One of Two Business-Ready Sites in Virginia

As The Richmond Times-Dispatch reports, few sites in Virginia are ready to break ground, putting us at a disadvantage when it comes to competing for large-scale, job-creating projects. A recent study conducted by GO Virginia demonstrates that out of the 466 large sites across the Commonwealth, only 30 are ready to be marketed competitively with other states’ sites, and further that only two sites in the entire state of Virginia have all permits in place and are ready to break ground.
